Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Simple Screen Service. By requesting a service, receiving an estimate, or completing a project with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Estimates & Pricing

  • All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time.
  • Final pricing may vary if additional damage or work is discovered during the project.
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

2. Scheduling & Appointments

  • We strive to arrive on time for all scheduled appointments. In rare cases of weather delays or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to reschedule as soon as possible.
  • Customers must provide clear access to the work area at the scheduled time.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept [list payment methods: cash, check, credit card, etc.].
  • Any unpaid balance after 15 days may be subject to late fees.

4. Workmanship Guarantee

  • We stand by the quality of our work. Screen repairs and installations come with a [e.g., 1-year workmanship guarantee].
  • The guarantee covers workmanship defects only. It does not cover damage caused by storms, pets, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

5. Materials & Parts

  • All materials used are of professional quality and selected to best suit your project.
  • In the case of repairs, we will match existing materials as closely as possible. Exact matches may not always be available.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring pets, children, and personal items are safely away from the work area.
  • Any necessary permits or HOA approvals are the responsibility of the homeowner unless otherwise agreed.

7. Liability

  • While we take great care on every project, Simple Screen Service is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden structural issues, or damages unrelated to the services performed.
  • We are fully insured and committed to safe, professional practices.

8. Cancellations

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover time and travel.

9. Weather Conditions

  • Work may be postponed in the event of unsafe weather (lightning, heavy rain, or strong winds). We will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at the earliest availability.

10. Agreement

By hiring Simple Screen Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

project cancellation Policy

In the event that a customer cancels a project after a deposit has been collected and/or work has commenced, Simple Screen Service reserves the right to retain the full deposit amount. Additionally, any hours of labor already performed, materials purchased, or costs incurred in preparation for the project shall be deducted from any funds collected or shall be invoiced to the customer if such costs exceed the deposit.

No refunds shall be issued for cancellations once work has begun unless expressly agreed to in writing by both parties. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

By submitting a deposit and scheduling work with Simple Screen Service, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to this Project Cancellation Policy.
