Welcome to Simple Screen Service. By requesting a service, receiving an estimate, or completing a project with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Estimates & Pricing
- All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time.
- Final pricing may vary if additional damage or work is discovered during the project.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
2. Scheduling & Appointments
- We strive to arrive on time for all scheduled appointments. In rare cases of weather delays or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to reschedule as soon as possible.
- Customers must provide clear access to the work area at the scheduled time.
3. Payments
- Payment is due upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Any unpaid balance after 15 days may be subject to late fees.
4. Workmanship Guarantee
- We stand by the quality of our work. Screen repairs and installations come with a [e.g., 1-year workmanship guarantee].

5. Materials & Parts

6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for ensuring pets, children, and personal items are safely away from the work area.
- Any necessary permits or HOA approvals are the responsibility of the homeowner unless otherwise agreed.
7. Liability
- While we take great care on every project, Simple Screen Service is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden structural issues, or damages unrelated to the services performed.
- We are fully insured and committed to safe, professional practices.
8. Cancellations
- Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover time and travel.
9. Weather Conditions
- Work may be postponed in the event of unsafe weather (lightning, heavy rain, or strong winds). We will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at the earliest availability.
10. Agreement
By hiring Simple Screen Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
